The use of our small cross-border or interstate moving company in Australia’s transportation services (the “Services”) is governed by the terms and conditions listed below (the “Terms”). Our company offers transportation services in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, and Sydney. We help customers locate and book transportation services for their passengers and goods.
1. Policy for Payment
Transportation service payments must be made in advance and can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or through Stripe. Please visit https://stripe.com/us/legal for the terms and conditions of Stripe.
2. Service Providers and Contractors
Although we provide information about our service providers, it is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate and select a suitable service solution for their transportation. To the best of our ability, we train and inform our contractors and service providers, but we are not responsible for the characteristics or character flaws of any particular contractor or service provider and they do not represent our business. We also have no control over the service provider’s quality or dependability. However, during the transportation of your goods, we will endeavor to enforce all reasonable requirements.
3. User Conduct
The customer is solely responsible for their actions and transmissions while utilizing our services. The customer is responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and rules. You should not use our services for anything that is illegal or fraudulent.
Termination Without prior notice, we reserve the right to terminate the customer’s access to our services at any time and for any reason.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are made available “as is” and “as is.” The suitability, completeness, accuracy, and availability of our services are not the subject of any representations or warranties on our part, either express or implied. It’s possible that our services won’t run smoothly or at all.
5. Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise decided upon or otherwise evaluated or deemed to be reasonable or appropriate by our business owners or management team, we shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, resulting from the customer’s use of our Services.
