At Australian Express Removals, we are dedicated to offering our clients first-rate moving services and a stress-free moving process. We have created the following Service Policy to make sure that you know exactly what to expect from our services.
1. Policy for bookings
To guarantee availability, all moving services must be booked in advance. Our website, email, and the phone are all options for making reservations. To secure your moving date and time, we require a non-refundable deposit.
2. Day of Moving
Our team will arrive at your location on moving day at the time and date agreed upon. To ensure a smooth transition, we will go over the inventory list and walk through your property.
3. Getting in and Out
All of your belongings will be carefully loaded onto our moving truck by our team, who will wrap and secure each one to prevent damage during transport. We will unload your belongings and put them where you want them in your new property when we get to your new location.
4. Delays
During a move, delays may occur, but we will try to minimize their impact. We will keep you updated and communicate with you in the event of unavoidable delays.
5. Claims and Damages
Please notify our team as soon as possible if there are any losses or damages. We will collaborate with you to find a solution to the problem. Within seven days of the delivery date, all claims must be submitted in writing.
Policy on Cancellations:
Please inform us as soon as possible if you must cancel your move. Your deposit will be returned in full if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the moving date. The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the moving date.
