Due to the nature of the service industry relating to interstate removals transportation – refunds are not possible and cannot be processed based on unsatisfaction with any components of transportation provided by Australian Express Removals.
While we take all due care in completing all our jobs successfully, we urge clients to take into consideration all factors related to the transport industry, which often means that there could be service delivery setbacks. However, we are experienced and have handled many situations in transport that have been difficult and challenging.
