Policy for Items Lost or Damaged

We are dedicated to providing safe and secure moving services through our small cross-border or interstate moving company. However, we have a policy in place to deal with the possibility of your belongings being misplaced or damaged during the move.
If anything goes missing or gets damaged, please let our team know as soon as possible. We will look into the situation and, if necessary, arrange for the damaged items to be fixed or replaced.
Please note that prior to the move, you are responsible for properly packaging and labeling your belongings to help prevent damage. Before the move, we also recommend that you take photographs and record the state of your belongings.
